1. Proven experience in operations of boutique or luxury hotel
2. Excellent attention to detail in area of guest service, rooms quality and associate satisfaction
3. Ability to work hotel teams to desired KPI performance
4. Sales oriented yet personalized guest service
5. Report to Cluster Operations Manager
